Fence/ Gate

Fence Gate (item #22 on the list).

These pictures of "before" are an attempt to show you the fence condition at the time you moved in. We never thought to take a specific picture of the fence/gate because no one in all the years of this little cottage being rented had ever done anything to the fence/gate that would damage it.

It you look at these pictures you can see that the fence is slid open, it is not 'leaning' against anything, it's not broken or damaged.

After you vacated the premises here is the the condition of the fence/gate. It's not even attached any longer. The contractors who looked at it said the wood itself it bent which means either someone likely ran into it, backed into it or something like that. But the wood is dried in bent condition and can not be bent back. We took this picture by pulling the fence / gate / into the driveway to show the lines. However, what isn't shown is the that the entire gate is no longer even on it's sliders. Unbelievable how in 5 months you could destroy this fence.
